Tra le opzioni valutate \u2014 X, +, H \u2014 la scelta \u00e8 ricaduta sulla <strong>configurazione a X<\/strong> per ragioni precise e concrete: distribuzione simmetrica dei carichi, risposta di controllo prevedibile, layout compatto e facilit\u00e0 di integrazione dei payload. La geometria simmetrica non \u00e8 solo estetica \u2014 garantisce che la distribuzione di massa rimanga bilanciata attorno al centro del velivolo in ogni fase della missione, incluso lo sgancio del payload. I <strong>bracci in fibra di carbonio<\/strong> \u2014 scelti per l&#8217;eccellente rapporto rigidit\u00e0\/peso \u2014 trasmettono la spinta dei motori alla struttura centrale, realizzata in <strong>compensato<\/strong>: pi\u00f9 economico e facile da lavorare, ma sufficientemente resistente per distribuire i carichi combinati dei quattro bracci. I bracci sono stati progettati con <strong>sezione rettangolare chiusa<\/strong>: una geometria che massimizza la rigidit\u00e0 a flessione e torsione mantenendo il peso sotto controllo. I componenti secondari \u2014 supporti per l&#8217;elettronica, attacchi per il carrello, guide cavi \u2014 sono stati realizzati in <strong>PLA e PETG con stampa 3D<\/strong>, scelti rispettivamente per leggerezza e resistenza agli impatti di atterraggio. L&#8217;aerodinamica, in questo caso, si gioca interamente sulla <strong>riduzione della resistenza<\/strong>. Le gambe del carrello sono cilindriche per minimizzare la superficie esposta al flusso. La cupola copre e raccorda l&#8217;elettronica nella fusoliera centrale, smussando il profilo esterno.<\/p><p>Le analisi CFD hanno confermato una resistenza aerodinamica di <strong>7.16 N<\/strong> in volo di crociera a 10 m\/s, con una piccola forza verso il basso di 1.47 N generata dall&#8217;interazione del flusso inclinato con la cupola \u2014 un valore trascurabile, equivalente a circa 150 g di massa aggiuntiva. La forza laterale \u00e8 risultata di soli 0.15 N, confermando la simmetria della struttura anche in condizioni di flusso inclinato.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-140dd60 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"140dd60\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-8a15e9d\" data-id=\"8a15e9d\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7a6ed04 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7a6ed04\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 dir=\"ltr\">Analisi FEM<\/h2><p dir=\"ltr\">La validazione strutturale \u00e8 stata condotta con un&#8217;<strong>analisi FEM statica<\/strong> sul telaio completo, applicando un carico di spinta verticale di 40 N distribuito sui quattro supporti motore \u2014 10 N per motore. Il modello utilizza una mesh tetraedrica curvatura-adattiva con <strong>84.312 elementi e 126.455 nodi<\/strong>, con raffinamento locale nelle giunzioni braccio-telaio e nei supporti motore, le zone pi\u00f9 critiche sotto carico.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">I risultati mostrano una tensione massima di Von Mises di <strong>42.35 MPa<\/strong> ai raccordi interni dei bracci motore \u2014 ben al di sotto del limite del materiale in fibra di carbonio \u2014 e uno spostamento massimo di <strong>1.14 mm<\/strong> alle estremit\u00e0 dei bracci.
